i thought it was every 100 levels though when he grows

capi the gold breath mid air is the best way to goldify people
so the best way to kill people is use your breath first, stop flying then instantly use cannonball on your enemy (its ok if u miss)
then you can use melee (1 and 2)

And i was glad i could guard you :D (Extra Thing ABout EX Minilla: i think you grow every 100 levels im not sure)

You can only upgrade skill points with Minilla EX every 50 levels, I wish it was 25 since it'd upgrade more and be better. It can still get level 1000, I'm not sure if it upgrades every 20 levels but I thinking it doesn't anymore. Edit: I like to call Minilla EX, Minilla EXE.
