Amazing. Snorkling videos were recorded by you? Near the beach or during some excursion? How was the currents?
Yes, these are our underwater captures from Thoddoo house reef mostly the one at the Western (Sunset) tourist beach. The Eastern beach doesn't have very impressive reef. But the sunset beach reef is great! It's easily accessible from the beach (just couple of meters inside the ocean), but the current is there - so fins are recommended and it's better to snorkel there during high tide hours. Thank you so much for your comment! We are real happy you like our videos! The peak season in Maldives is from the second half of December up to beginning of March. From 20th of December up to 10th of January are the highest rates. Best weather is usually January and February, but practically is good to visit year round. All the best to you too! Wishing you to visit Maldives soon!

Grüße aus Deutschland, kann mann mit dem Normal Boot von Male zum Thoddoo fahren, iedenTag oder nur beschtimte Tage, oder nur mit Schnellboot. DANKE IM VORAUS SIEGFRIED.
Sonnige Grüße von den Malediven lieber Siegfried! Im Moment fährt die normale Fähre nicht jeden Tag. Es fährt jeden Montag und Donnerstag von Malé nach Rasdhoo 9:00 - 12:10 Uhr und eine weitere Fähre Rasdoo - Thoddoo 14:50 - 16:20 Uhr und jeden Sonntag und Mittwoch von Thoddoo nach Rasdhoo - 6:30 - 7:45 Uhr und Rasdhoo - Male - 10:35 -14:10 Uhr. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher über den genauen Preis des Fährtickets, aber es wird nicht mehr als 100 MVR (6,50 $ US) pro Richtung für beide Fähren betragen. Das Schnellboot fährt jeden Tag zweimal und dauert ca. 1h20min und kostet 35$ US pro Person und Richtung (Male/Flughafen - Thoddoo). Nun, um ein Vielfaches teurer, aber weniger zeitaufwändig und bequemer. Der Fahrplan ist von Malé/Flughafen um 10:30 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr und von Thoddoo um 7:00 Uhr und 13:00 Uhr
