Free Sticky Transparent Elementor Header Tutorial (Elementor Header Footer Builder)

In this video, i'll show you every step to take in order to create a free elementor header using free tools. Our header will display on the entire website, it will be sticky, transparent and have a background colour change on scroll. Our header will be responsive on tablet and mobile devices and i'll as well show you a way to disable sticky effects on some devices.

It was a great video! A very dear friend of mine has just started using Elementor, and he is building his website using this tool. Is this plugin work on Elementor Free? Plugin description says "This plugin is meant to be an add-on to Elementor Pro page builder as it’s not a standalone plugin."
