Thank you for saying that city. Rec this year is officially trash so we started playing pro am. Not saying we’re goated or anything but I’m the beginning it was an adjustment but we did adjust and now we hold our own. I think you should keep trying in pro am. It’s def overwhelming in the beginning but I’m sure it isn’t anything you can’t get used to and when you do feels great.

I have a few 93+ builds and a few 92 builds, and it just depends what teammates I end up playing with in a given night as to which one I use. In my experience there's almost no difference between the two recs in terms of running into TERRIBLE players OR a locked-in full squad that really knows how to play. I've seen both in both recs in equal measure. I think judging the level of play ONLY on OVR isn't wise. I've watched guys with high 80's OVR, but with strong stick skills, go off in upper rec. It's the player holding the controller that matters more than the number on their nameplate imo.

This year I have not spent a dime on boost, and will not be doing it this year.
Unfortunately I'd figured out the less one plays the game the more the reward from the wheel is. I didn't play for a few weeks and when i came back i got unlimited Gatorade recovery. They only doing this for the rarely playing types cuz if they get something unlimited then they will come back and play everyday. If you play everyday even its evey other day, will just get weak cosmetic type of rewards like low vc, animations nobody wants, etc.

1.the player pool is alot bigger in under 92s and it costs 1000s of vc to upgrade attributes I don't need or want...I have a harder time understanding why you would go to 99

I got u limited shot boost off wheel and unlimited block boost off wheel so far. Seem like they broke them down instead of all unlimited unlocked

I won infinity blocks and about a week ago that was switched to 250 and idk why
REC needs a ranked system somehow. Play people within your range no matter your overall 🤷🏻♂️

Horn shot meter five days a week 😂 and we recently just started playing pro am I avg 22 shooting 64 percent in the rec I avg the same in pro am but I only shoot around 54percent currently it’s def a different field out there 😂 I go to the rack a lot more in pro am

I miss when it was actually a wheel and random where you could spin a certain way. I forgot which 2k it was but I won like 500k VC a couple of times and like 250k VC like twice.
The most I've won from that predetermined prize box is like 500 VC.
2K really hates it's player base. It's on the wheel. Ok. They probably set the odds so low that we'll never see it.

I got unlimited boosts in November for blocks in January they took them away and replaced it with 250 boosts and then gone forever
Does anyone else make rebirth builds and go to rec as a casual and still go up against all purples and golds with a team with all casuals? Cuz I never got a game against 70 overalls 😭

The "middle ground" between rec and pro am needs to just be pro am. Pro am needs more incentive so when you have squads of 5 ready to sweat they actually play pro am instead of trying to just beat up on people in rec. If there were more people playing pro am then that middle ground would just be achieved in the difference of play in the ranking system.

I can see he a Vet but I'm a starter 3 and all I've gotten for the past 2 or 3 weeks is 2k vc and watches when I first hit starter 3 I was getting 20 boost on different categories and 2hr double rep but it's getting more bad by the day

I already soent hundreds on this game. Im done w 2k for good after this year unless they change alot. I cant do this wheel anymore. Its the worst its ever been, so many dramatic animations for penalties, travels for pump faking, balls flying way off the right path after you let go of it on late contests. This game is way better than 23 but still i feel like they put the effort in the wrong places

One of my guys is 97 makes no sense playing scared.
We keep a few guys under 92 just in case there’s only two of us playing. You wouldn’t believe how many 5 man squads we run into that play zone in the bum rec. I feel like a 5 man should only play against a 5 man and they should be forced into the 92 and over rec.

In the end, each game mode has its difficulty level. You really have to be lucky enough to run wit good randoms (rare) or have a solid team Because 2k is up and down with how they want their game, every game is in question and with the fact that ppl cheat for an advantage it makes playing the stale. Troydan is and will be funding 2k25 so fyi the same scams will be back but it will be more bs a less complaints cause you singed the new agreement.
Anybody complaining about 92 and under rec are the main reason why 2k be taxing for upgrades. It’s already a grind to get your guy up and after a while it gets boring so people like to make new builds very often. I have over 6 builds, and I keep a couple 92 for my homies that wanna come out on a newer build. This community cries way too much. Y’all were literally just crying about paying so much for Vc and how 2k is finessing the community. The 92 and under guys literally counteract that by not buying an extra 100,000 vc. My personal advice to get better is to stop always trynna find a reason to complain about something. If other players play the game how you wouldn’t you shouldn’t really care because they paid their money to play how they want to just like you did. Imagine being upset people don’t fully upgrade their players but you do and in turn you feel like the game is harder. If you can dominate with a 92 good job, but it sounds like most these complainers need 99s to play the game because they need every attribute point plus unlimited boosts. Y’all too old to be crying about how people upgrade their players. Find a squad or some friends and avoid randoms if it’s that serious.
