What you saying is exactly correct sir.. my self rishi I’m a civil engineer in a private company.. in which they mostly take contract of factory construction and expansion work.. you know that after the construction it needs to be maintained which requires a permanent mason and helper ( kothanar and kooli aal) the sad truth i got to know last week is the perday salary of that mason was 500 per day and 285 per day for the helper i was literally heartbroken after knowing this but my company earns minimum 50 to 60 lakhs from a small factory project and even more in huge projects and you know that they will scam some extra money in raw materials… the company is earning a lot but salary for the labour is the worst i have ever seen…
And the main thing is in this company a civil engineer is working for about 6 years now his salary is 22k only and a supervisor is working for about 15 years and his salary is 15k per month and no insensitives…
These peoples are actually not well sounded people from their background..they are very poor from background.. I’m basically from a civil and contractors family background i entered as a trainee here and they are just providing accommodation and food(which is free in factory)….. very tough to survive..

Short term investment and long term investment are to be considered. More than a year is called long term investment. Income taxes are different for long term and short term investment. Better maintain the ESSP stock if it is growth oriented
