ExeV1 There's a huge difference between vocal effects and autotune. You can clearly hear when effects change in this recording if you pay attention, but effects are NOT cheating at all. If you didn't have effects on vocals they would sound terrible regardless of genre, but the filter on this recording is used specifically to get that sort of 50s jazz vibe. If autotune is used, I can't tell, but autotune done corrently doesn't change the tone of the voice, which is what the original comment is referencing. Anyway I don't think anyone is gonna read this but it's fine lol.

El soul, blues, jazz R&R, Li-fi hip hop jazz y demás / sin mencionar la hermosa música clásica y ópera / son importantes para tener bases en la verdadera cultura musical; pero ésta desaparece poco a poco; sin embargo, no voy a negar que, en lo actual, urbana y rural de suguro siguen dando lo suyo, claro, haciendo exepciones con banda, corridos, reggaeton: toda música analfabeta, inculta, misogina y obscena /en su actualidad, porque es sugoro que esos géneros tubieron lo suyo antes/.

John Meyer well I don’t know about that...DP’s Get Lucky is pretty awesome, I can listen to it on repeat for hours but there’s no question this is one of the greatest covers (not just of Get Lucky, but of any song, covered by anyone) of all time! And so unique today to take modern songs and play them in this old timey swing style. I love the genre in general. I acquired a taste for it way back in high school (late 70’s, early 80’s). I played saxophone in the jazz band and our director had a penchant for the big band sound. It’s impossible to keep your foot still with this type of music!!! Those that can, are likely serial killers with no soul... 😂
