wow, I've just started a Quran and planning to complete it as soon as possible. I read three Rukuh each night with translation. Trust me, I learned alot of lesson, alot of my questions are being answered. I just read these verses its in Chapter Al-Mai'd or Al-Anam not really sure because I just had read this a week ago. Insha'Allah I will complete my Quran soon if I get life.
0:59-1:29 [Much powerful verses] we're nothing to him, he want good of us while we're busy in a beautiful lie, the world, its time is precious which we're loosing, thanks to him that we're still alive to seek forgiveness, guidance. Strong your faith and soften your heart. I can say that 'How we dare to oppose our creator, the merciful and the beneficent?'. Quran is an open guidance its guidance for the wise men and women.

Brings tears to my eyes. All praise to Allah (swt) indeed. I'm not the best Muslim but listening to the Quran makes me calm at times and strikes fear into me at other times. May Allah keep us on the straight path.
It strikes fear to me as well, but we all should have fear in Allah SWT, for he made every emotion for us humans to have, I indeed have that fear in my heart that if I turn away, I will punished. Thanks to this verse it made me realize that Allah SWT is the only true God. He is the greatest, indeed.

Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

These literally are powerful words. Only a supreme being can say these daring words. I mean... just have a look at these words. Allah ends so many verses here with "And Allah has the power and sovereignty above all" Oh God. These are motivating, these verse bring a different kind of energy.
Allah himself is sufficient to have a debate with Jews and Christian and can destroy their ideology within 1 verse each.
