"Madikizela uliQhawe lama Qhawe" (Madikizela you are a hero amongst heroes ) Rest in Power Lioness. You continue to speak even after your passing. Your services being held in places such as Soweto and Bizana where, we the downtrodden continue to live in conditions similar to those pre 1994 ,are an indictment against the movement that promised us, the black majority so much yet have delivered so little. What a beauty we have in Africa, March 2024 I'm still listening to this beautiful soul. Soothing indeed, I can't stop listening to this song and the deep meaning of it to this day. She was truly not herself when she wrote this one, the spirits were talking to us through her. About 20 years ago when she wrote this song but it never lost its meaning to this day and never stopped addressing the same issues it addressed then. Only if leadership could understand half the meaning of lyrics sometimes and not only the rhythm.
