Being Able to land is a blessing that saved so many life. Amazing pilot.
Condolences to the family of the deceased.
Pilot, co-pilot....and the crew....thanks a million.....well done....God bless
Thailand authority very gracious to provide assistance to Singapore Airlines.
Thailand did a great job with emergency plan.
Well done from SIA for handling this the way they had.
No cover up bullshits,
complete transparency,
the quick response (at least according to their SOPs).
Everything laid on their FB posts with regular updates.
Well done what well done!
It's pretty hard to hide a dead person.
there is a death onboard even if want to cover up you think its possible? lol besides its an 'act of God' so good time to take credit to showcase their handling of the case without directly taking the fault for the incident in the first place.
@@wanwall151 how do you want them to take fault for this LMAO
@@wanwall151 bruh you cant take positivity in life is it? Everyday has to be blame game?
I really thinks the pilots and the crew did a great job of landing the plane safely.
I commend Singapore Airlines for the constant transparency to relieve everyone's hearts. Your professionalism is a testament to your standards of excellence. Get well soon to all the injured and condolences to the bereaved.
Well done to the pilot, crews and the ground maintenance team for ensuring the plane in good shape to withstand the turbulence.
As an amateur pilot like myself, you learn the basics about planes and they build commercial planes almost 'idiot proof' .......The only thing a plane can't be built for is to know when there is severe turbulence expected.......It's more like a giant air pocket........Radars in the plane do show bad weather and a pilot will avoid it but if anyone has heard about the extreme heat wave in India and Bangkok right now you would now that means severe tropical storms......Yes, maintanence staff do an amazing job but the design of a commercial plane means it is designed to withstand severe turbulence......I watch all the air crash investigations shows and one airline I would bet my life on would be Singapore Airlines. Their pilots are EXTREMELY professional.
Stupid reporter shouting and asking silly question , "Excuse me sir, are u relieved to be back home?".....of course la....who wouldn't?
I would have been a smarty pants with such a stupid question given to me and I would have said " I love severe turbulence and I can't get enough of it. Nothing is more fun then your arm hitting the ceiling of the plane in such quick speed that it is now broken".......Ask stupid questions and get stupid answers is my opinion.
Aren’t we all relieved that that reporter e is not the pilot/co-pilot? SIA has the best of the best for its cockpit crew & cabin crew. People who know their job! Well done SIA !
There was many SIA support staff as well in the vest, very professional handling of the situation
A Big Salute to the Pilot and His Co-pilot for Their Bravest and courage to Landing the plane safe and save the Hundreds of lives,Sad to hear the Loss of british passenger😢
Singapore airlines and Thailand did a good job, deepest condolences for the 73 year old man who was on the way to have a holiday, hope they continue to support his wife and family
My tears just flowed. Bless you all for returning home safely
일단 기장님과 승무원들에게 상을 줘야한다. 대단하다.
กัปตันเก่งมากขอชื่นชม สมเป็นสายการบินระดับโลกและที่น่าทึ่งมากคือกัปตันขอลงที่ไทย
Important they still hug there LOVE ONES safe coming home...salute to the Pilot...SIA TEAM.
Thank-you Thailand 🇹🇭
Singapore Arline done amazing job in this difficult situation ! Especially big thank you to the Singapore crew ! Even they had injury they still work and help ! For people is lessen keep the seat belt lock all the time ! What I saw and haw Singapore Arline handle this situation I will Fly with Singapore Arline any time !!!!
The pilots should be appreciated for their immediate decision for the emergency landing and saved so many passengers also SIAs prompt assistance to the affected passengers, RIP to the passenger who lost his life on the flight.
Sighhh eyes got teary watching this :(
What? eyes got teary watching this. 😂😂😂😂
@@musaanis9145 emotional watching this 😢
Me too. Felt so emotional watching it 😢
Thank you Thailand for your Emergency plan. Well done. ❤❤❤
If there ever is an medical emergency then Thailand and Singapore are the places you want to be......Highly trained doctors, very clean hospitals and most of the staff speak English. ......If there was the same emergency landing in many African countries, Russia or India I would be telling them there is NO WAY they are touching my injury because qualifications in some of these countries are questionable......Thailand have very good hospitals.
Is it me or does the question 'do you feel relieved to be back home' extremely stupid?
These people just survived an ordeal and obviously they are processing alot of emotions and first question is that.
It's super redundant isn't it?
Agreed. Dumbass reporter have no iq nor eq. How did he even get this job god knows.
Thanks the pilot and crews, Thai authorities. Good to stay alive, thanks God.
Those poor people. So relieved they’re not injured worse. ❤ rip to the poor deceased person. Bless you.
Singapore pilots should be commendable for their effort to land the aeroplane savely. 👍👌But my heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the only old man died of probably from heart failure.
We are proud of our SQ captains for the SAFE landing. Bravo to our SQ Crews as well.
A big salute to the pilot & co pilot . The most courages decision you took to save everyone who flew in this flight. Well trained pilot with utmost dedication & bravery
God bless you
❤❤❤
I Don't see anyone thanking the pilot for landing the plane safely
Hug the crew
I mean is not hard to do. It doesn’t impact the plane in anyway. Just a normal landing landing & diversion.
@@coclim5712too early to tell.
are u a pilot?@@d.b.cooper1
Do you even see the pilot there? What a dumb statement to make.
SIA gives always good service.
Out standing I’m an American 🇺🇸 Airline Pilot. 👨✈️ people think we just set and drink coffee on a long flight. We get paid for that special moment to make sure all our passengers are always safe.
That’s the biggest part of our job 👨✈️
What a traumatic experience for them all.
Looking at videos like this make me wish if I had family.
Amazing pilot.
There was no need to record this. Privacy would be nice.
I agree.
I cannot imagine the extent of the violent turbulence.
I had experienced turbulence which the plane shake, drop and bounce with seat belt on. That was scary itself.
I alr feel like throwing up after turbulence in Korea i think I would be throwing up none stop and have serious pain and discomfort
Heart warming scenes...
Pray all be safe!
Glad that most pax.are well, hopefully SIA handle the matter professionally and those still in treatment a speedy recovery 🙏
Never underestimate turbulence and seat belt
Shuttup about the seat belt!
@@jessicaregina1956 then don’t wear it bro, face the music yourself
@@jessicaregina1956 the seat belt prevented many severe injuries that day
@@jessicaregina1956are you stupid. You know if you don’t wear it and the plane suddenly drops, guess where you’re going. Stupid fck.
God bless them..obviously they went thru something that is really a difficult ordeal. We can see some bruises still there on some of them.
When you Enter India, thailand, Philippines, SEA Air space, expect the Turbulance.
Thats Why I always choose huge Aircraft like Boeing 777-300er or even A380 during booking.
wishing them speedy recovery..
SQ just gave bonus equal to 8 month salary to the employe because SQ break record profit. I like SQ even thats expensive but save.
Now you understand why the air crews are paid bountiful bonus when the airline is able to afford it because their job is of high risk and their professionalism and attitude towards crisis management and services deserve such pay out. Passengers safety are their top priority.
Nope.
@@user-gm7du2ms7v Bro just said Nope with no counter-argument
not sure why ppl keep thinking cabin crew get a lot of money, the bonus is tied to the basic pay, which is even lower than a diploma starting pay. A normal corporate bonus of 1.5 mths easily more than cabin crew 7.94 bonus.
I feel like some of them will develop trauma from this 😢
and all their faces exposed in CZcams for years to come!!!
Yes some get traumatised and will not dare to fly anymore.
God Bless Everyone who made it out Alive Such a harrowing experience! SO..Sad about The English man may he RIP..
SQ PR team working overtime I see
Well done pilot, co pilot & crew mbrs.
There are no words to appreciate all of you especially the pilot
Welcome on board safely the most fortunate pasengers
All of you are very very blessed
Deepest Condolence to the deceased fmly
Thank God for saving our people

Honestly the best country on the planet
Singapore or Thailand
Must be a nice flight love it
All of them will have a better perspective on life after this ordeal.
Suddenly this is where all of us waiting for, to express our opinions and reflect our knowledge yah...
Great pilot

Don't know why worst turbulence story always comes from south east asia.
I also had my story from there, gave me PTSD😂

The reality of flying
Bay of Bengal?? No shit I'll never fly again
Irrawaddy Bay.... Myanmar I think
🤔 Does it often get turbulence there in Bay of Bengal? I don't know as I don't travel that far. Why is it bad turbulence there?
My fear of air travel justified.
WHAT HAPPENED
"Excuse me sir do you feel relieved to be back home" 📢🗣️🗣️
Best roller coaster ride 😂
So scaryyyy 😅life like a Bonus
These people will cherish their lives more from now onwards
No tourism, Singapore economy will TOTALLY COLLPASE
It's must have felt like a near death experience for these passengers. They will view life differently, now given a 2nd chance.
thanks to the pilot he needs a raised.
And rank promotion
Well done pilots
I*m sure God Save them through the pilot & the co* ❤
C'mon it's only a turbulence and everyone starts losing their freakin mind! Not like as if it's Sept 11! Chill y'all!! LOL!! 🤣🤣🤣
LAWSUITS COMING!
Terrible incident of turbulence...
Please stop stereotyping aircrew as waiter/waitress/porter as their priority are Safety First. Fly Safe.

Praise GOD...Thank you SIA Pilots and Crew members...It landed safely...
Terrifying
All lot of ppl. try to talk the situation down. But my guts tell me it was a very serious situation only saved by the competent crew and a huge portion of luck. They could have all died!
those who wear seatbelt ...heng ah !!!

I am surprised CNA doesn't have a special coverage of the incident and continues to report on other news this morning.
Nothing to cover, u think the investigation will be finished in one hour!
@@jessicaregina1956 nobody expects the
"investigation to be finished within one hour" like U claimed. Coverage of news doesn't necessarily need to focus on the results but rather the unfolding of the situation on the ground which is what most of us are concerned with right now.
What u want them to report on? 24/7 report on how the passenger being treated, the plane being fixed, the funeral arrangements, the investigation process?
This isnt 9/11, this is a plane incident, so tell us what they should report on?
Here, i help u cover.
Need to review cvr.
Need to review maintenance records
Need to check all crew and pilots did not drink and no drugs
Geoengineering weather modification in real time. Look up Iranian president helicopter.

It Must be a Boeing plane . If Its Boeing , i aint Going !!
Good .. I hope people stop traveling for a while now and pls ban people from putting heavy ass luggage’s in the cabin bagagge these people are really selfish
1985, one of the worst years for modern day comercial aviation, with over 2000 people killed. Did it stop anything? No! 😂 Do you think clear air turbulence is going to stop people from flying? No!
What are u gonna do if the passenger is first class suites!
@@jjr2574 yes agree bro 🤣
@@jessicaregina1956 I also travel business class and I see that people in business class mostly do not carry big luggages in the cabin like the ones in economy class do
777 has advanced weather Radar any pilot is able to Avoid entering turbulence EASY what happened The plane runs automatically when it enters air turbulence while the pilot and copilot fall asleep, so it is unable to avoid turbulence location
From where did you hear that the pilot & copilot were asleep? From other news that I've watched, it was reported that the plane encountered a type of turbulence that weather radars are unable to detect, called (Clear Air Turbulence), therefore they couldn't see it coming & didn't have time to warn the passengers & crew about it. Don't think it was because they were asleep...
Boeing again..😢😢😢😢
Whatever it is………FULL COMPENSATION for tickets and additional moolah will be the best relieve for all the passengers. They will forget this incident ever happen. 😂😂😂
All passengers on the affected flight, don’t settle for small sum by SIA. Hopefully they will get lawyers to advise them. This is truly a traumatic experience.
SIA can cancel the 8 months bonus for their crew liao. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
