I love good stories, and there's a whole lot of story behind this bottle of Jeptha Creed. The company isn't very old and they don't have a ton of output (about 9 barrels per day), but they make up for it in the deep thought they put behind their brand. But is it good? We'll find out as we wrap up our Bottled-In-Bond series.

13:39 Maybe it's cinnamon sugar. When I was a kid we always mixed cinnamon and sugar and put it on our buttered toast. I sometimes get a cinnamon sugar note from bourbon.

Could be cinnamon sugar. Not sure it was that sweet, but I can accept that idea.
