I had hoped when you zoomed in on Merna's dreadfully dismal and shattered windows to her empty soul, that we would be be allowed to see cheesy flashbacks of a troubled and horrifying past, full of frequent trips to juvenile hall and countless runaway attempts with the local carnival convicts......
