Pregnancy after Infertility: Bleeding, unexpected emotions, and my first ultrasound

Today was my first fertility appointment and the Dr recommended letrozole. Your story gives me hope. Can I ask you if you did IUI or TI? Did you follow a diet? Aahhh so many questions lol sorry.

I did low carb diet starting about a month or two before we did our cycle. I have PCOS, and it was recommended by some groups online! We did timed intercourse with fertility drugs and monitoring out follicles. Thank you so much 🤍 good luck to you!!
