Jeff first started training at the early age of 12 years old. He asked his parents for a set of weights for his 12th birthday. He was lucky enough to receive a bench press, dumbells, 50lbs of weights, 30lbs barbell and a training book “Weight Lifting For Dummies.”

At 13, no. I knew people who looked better when they were 12 I even have pictures of myself to prove that he's not, he clearly doesn't have the predisposition to build muscle. Jeff Seid has great proportions and good muscle bellies but other than that nah, he clearly doesn't.
