- Hey everyone! I recently visited Meghalaya with my family and had the most fun time! During our trip to Meghalaya, we visited Shillong, Umiam Lake, places around Shillong, Cherrapunji/Sohra, Double Decker Root Bridge, Dawki, Mawlynnong, tons of waterfalls, and Mawphlang Sacred Forest.
This is the first video from our trip, where we travel from Guwahati to Shillong and on the way check out the magnificent Umiam Lake. We also checked out the beautiful Ward’s Lake in Shillong. Also ate at the famous Dylan’s Cafe and City Hut Dhaba in Shillong. Overall, such a fun day in Meghalaya! So excited to be here in North East India and exploring Meghalaya for my first time! :)

@@lukek5510 Ok if you're gonna talk about facts, you should know that Guwahati is in Assam. And by the tone of of his/her comment, it looks like he saw the title "GUWAHATI TO SHILLONG" and being an Assamese, he/she must've felt a sense of belonging and almost a sense of obligation for hospitality -as one should- and welcomed the vlogger to Assam. Also, now that she's in Shillong, Meghalaya, he/she also proceeds to add "or Northeast India". So, there's a slight error in the sentence construction there but the technicality of it is still correct so don't go saying I can't deal with facts.
