Hulling And Shelling 8lbs Of Fresh Almonds

A huge thank you to my brother for sending these beautiful almonds from California. It took us nearly 4 hours to finish removing the hulls and shells from 8lbs which turned out to be 12 cups of almonds and of course a lot of them actually came out of the hull and a few out of the shell. I vacuumed sealed 1 cup individually and put them in the freezer.
