Before my facial skin looked dry and dull constantly, even in the mornings. But after I conducted a bit of study and made some adjustments, my face started glowing in just a few weeks. Here's what I did: I consumed a balanced diet including items such as dal, roti, green vegetables, and rice. This helped heal my body from within. I applied a face wash with the right pH level and had black rice water. I opted for the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it performed wonders for my skin.
I made it a habit to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water daily.
I exercised on a daily basis, this made me sweat and removed impurities out of my body.
I started having 2 litres of water everyday and used riceberrry face wash for washing my face. It led to bright skin as well as stopped acne.

When we used Retinol serum at night ..Next day morning we shouldn't apply vitamin C serum...so we should use day cream nd sunscreen only.....after two days we can use C serum....C serum better to use evening or night time..if we use C serum must apply sunscreen nd avoid outdoor activities..

I was under the impression that toner goes first followed by vit C and then sunscreen. Besides I just happened to read that moisturizer should be applied before the sunscreen only if its a physical sunscreen. Chemical sunscreen acts only if it is absorbed into the skin.Every doctor has a different opinion on this. Wonder which order to follow.
