I occasionally railfan at Drouin watching the 8:33am N class pull in at drouin. I also listen out at night at about 8pm to hear the horn at Gardner And Holman road level crossing, and when it leaves Drouin!

Do you have any preference towards driving a Sprinter, VLocity or locomotive? Do you have a favourite route?
I like driving N class locomotives but I do like the variety of routes and train types 👍😊
I know this is a weird question, but are there any N class locomotives that don’t have a toggle type horn. Because I’m pretty sure Vline replaced them.
No, they all have the toggle type horn levers. They were all replaced. 👍😊

yes it is. The line parralels the highway from about where Maccas is at Moe till almost warragul.
