Children with Complex Needs

Disability Rights NC filed a complaint against the State of North Carolina for not meeting its obligations to children with complex needs (i.e., children diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability and a mental illness). We reached a settlement with the State. This video explains the services now available to children and families thanks to the settlement.
