    Here at GA, we pride ourselves on our approach to cooking fresh meats by using our unique Freshtrusion™ process. After the fresh meats and oils are prepared, we then turn to our state-of-the-art Dry Ingredients kitchen to provide the other key part of the recipe.
    Precisely weighed out dry ingredients leave the Kitchen on one of our trusted Camels - Snap, Crackle or Pop. Making their way to production in preparation to be mixed with the finest fresh meat and oils. Upon docking in the servery, the batch containers (which hold all the major dry ingredients) are discharged.
    Select minor dry ingredients are then added by hand using RFID readers for accuracy and traceability.
    We use the latest technology to further mix the dry ingredients ready for extrusion. In order to ensure traceability and accuracy throughout all dry ingredients are scanned and checked. Safe in the knowledge that our dry ingredients are ready, we must also ensure our Freshly prepared oils created in our meat kitchen are also ready for production.
    We must also ensure our Freshly Prepared meats are ready to be reunited with the oils in the final kibble. The addition of liquids within the pre-conditioner are monitored and controlled.
    Four individual Meat Pumps & flow meters guarantee the required amount of meat is added in proportion to the dry feed rate. This is crucial for absolute accuracy and production. Every production run is pre-planned, and each of the three operators are briefed on the exact requirements.
    Bringing all the ingredients together in the pre-conditioner, steam and water is added to gently pre-cook and break down the starch before being passed into the extruder barrel. Using our Thermal Twin Extruder ensures that we can create the most advanced recipes with high fresh meat content to meet our partner demands.
    The product is checked every 15 minutes to ensure the highest quality; these checks include both density and size. A consistent and uniformed drying process is then carried out, providing gentle handling and excellent control.
    Investing in the latest Cyclone technology ensures that both odour and dust are removed from the production site and sent via the 5 biobeds that filter the air before being released into the environment.
    From the six freshly prepared oil tanks, we have two dedicated pumps, pipelines and flow meters for the addition of the Freshly prepared oils. Precision Vacuum Coating Technology is then used to ensure the optimum palatability by infusing the inner honeycomb structure of each kibble. This is done by weighing the kibbles and the appropriate oils and digests to be added. Any discrepancy would stop production until the accuracy is restored.
    Further gentle cooling, provides our Partners with the with finest finished product ready for packing.
    For all our partners, we are responsible for processing orders in the most timely and efficient manner. This is facilitated by the very latest automation technology. The finished goods are then transported back to the Ingredients kitchen warehouse. The product is then ready for our partners to place their orders and the world’s finest pet food to be sent to feed cats and dogs throughout the world.
