Guardo con nostalgia quelli anni,mi ricordo della Estate di 1983 e di andare a Rimini con i miei amici Maurizio,Barbas e Peu a visitare un'altro amico di nome Romeo che durante i mesi di Estate era sempre li a rimorchiare le turiste straniere.I 5 siamo stati una settimana alla bella vita in Rimini e dopo sono arrivati 2 fratelli italo-australiani di nome Brigido e Aliprando che volevano essere musicisti(Koala Boys) e che attuavano in zone balneari.Loro avevano concerti in Ibiza e ci hanno invitato a andare con loro.I Righeira andavano di moda e come della nostra parte i soldi erano pochi il grande Romeo arrivando al albergo ha detto che Aliprando e Brigido erano i Righeira e che era un onore per loro accogliere il gruppo,tutto per non pagare.Quelli del albergo hanno creduto e siamo stati li durante 2 notte.Come la notizia della presenza dei Righeira in quello albergo ha cominciato a girare i fan arrivavano e capivano che i Righeira erano i Koala Boys,abbiamo scappato.Per fortuna siamo andati anche con loro a Portogallo in Costa da Caparica e come li erano un sucesso abbiamo vissuto alla grande.

1983! One of the OG trend setter tracks. The 1981-1984 period is really when dance music with synthesizers wasn't as widespread, you have to give kudos to the bands and genres that went full dive into it when others wouldn't. Around mid 80's it went mainstream, and around late 80's it was all a given. It's funny because mid 80's electro was more successful but was directly inspired by, and often essentially imitating the early 80's music! The pre-internet era meant accessibility triumphed over originality.

Guardo con nostalgia quelli anni,mi ricordo della Estate di 1983 e di andare a Rimini con i miei amici Maurizio,Barbas e Peu a visitare un'altro amico di nome Romeo che durante i mesi di Estate era sempre li a rimorchiare le turiste straniere.I 5 siamo stati una settimana alla bella vita in Rimini e dopo sono arrivati 2 fratelli italo-australiani di nome Brigido e Aliprando che volevano essere musicisti(Koala Boys) e che attuavano in zone balneari.Loro avevano concerti in Ibiza e ci hanno invitato a andare con loro.I Righeira andavano di moda e come della nostra parte i soldi erano pochi il grande Romeo arrivando al albergo ha detto che Aliprando e Brigido erano i Righeira e che era un onore per loro accogliere il gruppo,tutto per non pagare.Quelli del albergo hanno creduto e siamo stati li durante 2 notte.Come la notizia della presenza dei Righeira in quello albergo ha cominciato a girare i fan arrivavano e capivano che i Righeira erano i Koala Boys,abbiamo scappato.Per fortuna siamo andati anche con loro a Portogallo in Costa da Caparica e come li erano un sucesso abbiamo vissuto alla grande.

The 1981-1984 period is really when dance music with synthesizers wasn't as widespread, you have to give kudos to the bands and genres that went full dive into it when others wouldn't.
Around mid 80's it went mainstream, and around late 80's it was all a given.
It's funny because mid 80's electro was more successful but was directly inspired by, and often essentially imitating the early 80's music! The pre-internet era meant accessibility triumphed over originality.
