I am unable to access the WP Admin and need to upload my Updraft Plus backup files to my Cpanel in order to restore my website. I have 5 zip files (uploads, themes, plugins, others, db.gz). I believe that 4 of the files are uploaded into the File Manager folder and the db.gz is uploaded to phpmyadmin. Although your video was informative, I need you to elaborate on the exact procedure. My WordPress website is still up but all of the formatting is missing along with all of the plugins. Thanks in advance for your help.

What happens to the original files in public_html which was zipped before uploading the website. Since I had configured WP before upload, the WP files may also have gone to the zipped file. Do I unzipp or install WP again.
What if it is shared hosting and the website is a addon domain ? Will this method work, if www.mywebsite.com/folder where folder is the name of the html landing page.
You probably have uploaded the website outside of the public_html folder or have unzipped the file into a subfolder within public_html. The other thing it could be is that you dont have an index.html file in your Html files
Its simple. Just find a text editor or IDE like visual studio code (code.visualstudio.com/download) and create a file called index.html. Make sure it has html in it or else it will be blank

Even on shared hosting, you will still be able to use the same method. This folder is likely stored on the "Folder" folder in your Public_html folder

You would need to have your host allow add-on domains. With that, you can host multiple websites in one cPanel. They may charge you extra for this.
