This wasn't my best friend but a few weeks ago, a grade four named Ivan died in my school. He was not even ten years old. It was from a house fire and it killed three out of people. The mom and the grandpa died also, the dad is still recovering from a really bad injury in the hospital. The grandma got out of the hospital a few days ago. This story isn’t about a friend but it’s about my grandpa who died in 2015 i was only like 6 years old so I don’t remember much I only remember that he was taken to the hospital and me and my parents visited him there and I remember the inhaler in his mouth and I would always talk to him but he didn’t answer I thought he was just asleep but now I think he didn’t have the energy and one day he was announced dead and I asked my mom what’s wrong with grandpa and she just said that “grandpa is in a good place now” I didn’t know what that meant at the time and when he was buried I just said to him before leaving “bye grandpa I will see you later” cuz I thought he was coming back but when I grew older I know he isn’t coming back and that he is gone,just thinking about it makes me cry cuz me and my grandpa had a great bond cuz we live in the same house and in the same big family and I know what I said about I didn’t remember much but I clearly remember him on the hospital bed struggling to breathe and that moment breaks my heart and if your reading this I just wanna say you should love your family and spend time with them

This wasn't my best friend but a few weeks ago, a grade four named Ivan died in my school. He was not even ten years old. It was from a house fire and it killed three out of people. The mom and the grandpa died also, the dad is still recovering from a really bad injury in the hospital. The grandma got out of the hospital a few days ago. Ivan's best friend is having a really hard time. I saw the news when i was doing homework. It's really sad.
