It's not Fiat. It's a Hema pump. John Deere uses them on smaller tractors too.
Supposedly made in Turkey. Looks Pakistani to me.

Hemm ran across this video on CZcams. I took the liberty to see the model and it looks like it might be a steering pump for a fiat 640 tractor. Maybe I am wrong 😅. Still do t know if it will hold up use.

Fiat would never use this sort of rubbish, they may fit a Fiat but not made for Fiat. When you set a work peace in a vice you should use a dead blow hammer on aluminium not a steel one. Something is not right here, a CNC mill and a micrometer ?
