It was hard for me to figure out exactly how much was k-leather vs synthetic but surely the previous generations had more k-leather. This generation does have solid synthetic leather though in the parts without k-leather 👌
I think K-leather is illegal to use now which is why the move to synthetic or other leather types. I just bought an old pair of Premiers on Poshmark (have no idea how old) which are in close to mint condition for $30 and a 5 year old pair (also great condition) for my son. I like them better than my new Tiempo 9 Pro Legends. In a lot of cases older stuff was made better. Everybody's cutting corners now and charging more it seems.

@@soccerkicksofficial it says "supple real and synthetic leather" that's my point. The real leather might be calf skin and not kangaroo anymore.. parts of every Premier have been synthetic like the tongue and the heel.

100% agree - feels like we're paying more for certain things and getting less value unfortunately 😕
I'm not sure but I heard the Premier 3 now is calf skin (in the forefoot the sides always had been)
I believe it's not a synthetic leather and it was previously a k-leather which is why it was so popular 🥲
