After submitting the application from absher it says we need to get it signed from sponsor and approved by CoC. That means i need to physically go to CoC and get approval? Or it says i can ask my sponsor to directly approve from MOI portal.

Brother simple print it and tell your HR that make COC online. If they can't.. Make signatures and stamp from them and visit to COC for attestation. It should me within one month

When u will apply and if u r eligible then it will take to you in next step otherwise it will stop and u will receive error. First better try to Check weather u r eligible for online or not. My opinion

I paid the sadad fee online and applied and already my hr got my application attested from CoC.

Chamber of commerce and istaqdam is istaqdam... Check in Google.
2nd u can get visa if your profession and degree both are same and degree must be attested from Saudi embassy

Passport office or general directorate of passport
Brother your iqama should be same as your educational certificate simple . If your profession and degree is not same then u can change your profession. For Saudi engineering council you need to submit your attested degree from Saudi embassy. If u cannot, then change your profession on iqama as sales or marketing specialist because for that no need any degree etc

Brother if u r already registered in SCFHS then u should apply online. If they will ask about marriage certificate then only show them. Because while applying online they will not ask to attach marriage certificate. So if they will ask may be you have to submit or have to visit to istaqdam office. Let's see. Best of luck

At the time of your iqama renewal. But for example your iqama will renew after 5 months and your family will arrive ksa.. Then to process iqama of your family you have to pay levy for 5 months.

Brother can you tell me for accountant profession the degree attestation is must? My friend changed position to labor to accountant but his certificate is not attested and he got socpa certificate also.. He just attached the degree certificate for sopca registeration and it got successfully register.. Now the question is when I apply for permanent visa for my wife.. Assalam alikum Ali bhai... ali bhai i had family (Wife) with me 2020 and I went on vacation to Pakistan with family in 2020 and due to covid-19 I was stucked in pakistan for 7 months. I came back alone and cancel my wife Iqama from my sponsorship as she was unable to come back. Now I want to bring my family back on permanent visa and i have 1.5 years daughter. My question is as I got married in Saudia Arabia and I have saudi marriage certificate so still I have to attest my marriage certificate or no need for attestation as marriage certificate in arabic. The other question i could you please explain how to fill the form?. One more question is that as i born in saudi arabia and there is no visa stamp on my passport so I have to print only front page of passport only.
