Disastrous Ohio Crop Emphasizes the Need for a Farm Bill

The current farm bill is set to expire on September 30th. As lawmakers make very little progress on a new farm bill, some parts of Ohio, due to lack of moisture for the majority of the growing season, will make for prime examples of why an updated farm bill is need sooner than later.
