- Opening Theme / Intro Credits for Netflix's New season of NARCOS: Mexico
Witness the birth of the Mexican drug war in the 1980s as a gritty new "Narcos" saga chronicles the true story of the Guadalajara cartel's ascent.
Song: "Tuyo" by Rodrigo Amarante
Creators: Carlo Bernard and Doug Miro
Starring: Alyssa Diaz, Diego Luna, Michael Peña - Krátké a kreslené filmy
who else was so relieved to see that they used the same song?
Not me. I really wanted to hear the ranchera version.
Same, it sounds like something Colombians would listen to, I expected a Mexican genre
I wouldnt have minded a change but when this came on for my first viewing i got chills.
Same song and same style. I was relieved indeed. Narcos is not Narcos if it's not this song and this style of intro.
Thats the best series intro ever made, i cant understand why people want they to change

This theme song hits hard for everyone but especially those who’ve experienced living in Mexico. It’s such a beautiful country but sadly it’s fueled by narcotics, corruption, and violence.
For real man. I go to Mexico twice a year, and I’m always in fear of violence. Luckily, I live in an area where everyone knows each other and everyone is nice.
I'm from Mexico, and some time i saw a post on facebook where the colors of the flag (green, white and red) were edited to look like marijuana, cocaine and blood, respectively. There were a lot of people angry about it, because it was "offensive" to patriotic symbols. But in my mind I could only think: while the politicians and organizations of the government don't do something, that... That's what Mexico really represents
No brother, every country sadly it’s fueled by narcotics, corruption, and violence. Me as an Indonesian feel it too here

My uncle owns a restaurant in Guadalajara, he was the first Culichi to sell seafood from Sinaloa in the city, he met Rafa & Félix before they were the huge capos that they became & he says that even though they were narcos they were very nice people.
Good point, nice people that kill innocent people, nothing wrong with that!
ALostPaperBag well you gotta understand, he just said they were nice people. Your president can be nice and polite so, it still doesn’t mean he hasn’t done bad things.

I just realized that Narcos was created by Gaumont a French production, as a French I'm so proud!

I can't get enough of this show
This is like my favorite intro ever

The one thing that makes me scared out of my life when watching the show, is that it's not fake, it's real, and it really did happen, the drug war is happening to this day, and I highly doubt it will ever end, it might do so when humanity ceases to exist, that's how much doubt I have for this war.
