    What might help at least a little......is if Tucson landlords and property owners stopped be being lowlifes and scumbags

      Between people that are providing housing to paying renters, and psycho drug addicts that block up parks and roadways, I think it's obvious which groups are scumbags.

    The shelters in Tucson have 60 plus beds open but require you to be sober. Most don’t want to be sober
