Whole COW! aka Steer cooked over Open Fire. Only in Texas!

Cooked this whole steer over open fire with my bro ‪@alfrugoniofc‬ and others in Beorne Texas this past weekend. Was an Amazing experience! Total cook time was around 22 hrs. We had a few guys who tended the fire overnight. This was definitely a Team effort. Squad Goals!! Thanks to all those involved.
