    one of the biggest
    problem is instability

    has been out of
    control since the forced
    exit of the feroce dictator
    Duvalier.
    Haitians politicians never
    accept defeat. so, haiti
    is always in crisis mode.
but let me tell you something about Moise
    he had a lot enemies
    beacause he wanted
    haiti to change for the
    better so that didn't
    sit well with the ruling
    class.
    he wasn't a corrupt

They would have still killed him. It said he was severely tortured. This was personal. They were most likely trying to see how much more they could humiliate him. Regardless of his answers he would have been killed .With no head of the Supreme Court, couple with the suspension of parliament creating a unique situation where the fired prime minister can take over immediately to create “stability.” My bet is that the current in term president definitely was involved. I feel like he was like, “you’re going to humiliate me and give my position away permanently? Not only am I know going to not leave office, I am going to kill you and your family and become president.” I think multiple governments officials were involved. I wouldn’t be surprised if foreign interest was involved in President Moise death.

He has been incarcerated.. There has been a few protests by relatively small groups of the ex president's supporters. But the violent revolt his supporters and he himself threatened has not occurred.
Meanwhile the suspended secretary General of the ruling party, Ace Magashule, has predictively lost his case wherein he accused the decision to suspend him as being unconstitutional. He was suspended due to over 20 cases of fraud, corruption and outright theft that was filed against him.
It took nearly 20 years to bring the former president to justice so despite the recent arrest there is a general anger amongst the public over the speed at which the current legal system is working.. with an apparent bias existing for members of the ruling party.

In his speeches he never said names but he spoke about those groups of people who were using the country and he said for them to stop calling him about what they want and that he was only for the interest of the people. There are people getting guns into Haiti and they are using those guns for political kidnappings and now killing the president. He had information on a lot of people who are taking advantage of Haiti in a major way and he was trying to put a stop to it. This wasn't just an assassination because they robbed his house of political information that he had on certain people.

Such a confused situation tends to only truly resolve when the military (or barring the existence of clearly established military, the local militia) argue or fight among themselves until they settle on supporting some arrangement or another.
I have to assume that both Claude Joseph and Ariel Henry will be suspected of having a role in the assassination, since it kept the former in a position of power with the ability to attempt to override previously existing checks and balances, while the later by his turn can claim to have more legitimacy for the role.
One could argue that parties with an interest in destabilizing Haiti would also be suspects, and I guess that I agree. But Haiti seems to have been doing fine destabilizing itself without help for most of its history, and this time is by no means an exception.

Military governments when succesful just put fear and death over the population, they dont truly resolve anything since they dont help with the underlying problems of society

This sounds like it was perfect timing. Someone who had access to all the information was certainly responsible. Maybe Dominica finally wanting their neighbour to get a competent leader?

The Constitution of Dominican Republic (which is the country you might be referring to not Dominica) don't allow it's foreign policy interfere in other countries internal affairs or invade other countries. Also it's proven by now it's not the case.
