Loved this...I can relate to it much as I am a bong girl married to a Gujju as well 😂😂. Please do make an episode on the gujju food items which are mostly farsan and how everything is meetha including pakoda, pattice, dal, sabzi whatever 🙄😂😂 and also the gujju habit of playing garba everywhere and every time irrespective of the kind of music or venue 😂😂

Wearing something on body be it garments or ornaments was considered a personal choice since when is it being considered "Orthodox" is quite interesting though.
Bengali married women are expected to wear atleast 3 types of bangles in each hand (shakha, pola on both, noya on another).. when i was married first that was expected, then my mil said ok atleast wear a noya and any random gold bangle on the other hand. dont keep your hand empty as its bad for wellbeing of family.. so yes,, it's not personal choice always, there's a great element of orthodoxy here
