I love fishing flat water. When the surface is like a mirror it's so much fun to twitch Rapalas, baby Torpedos and other surface baits. That stinks when they leave with your lure. Northern and Muskey have done that to me many times.
Man you and I both! I love twitchin a rapala on still water. One of my favorite methods of fishing! Those muskey are something else I hear! I’ve got to get up north some times and hook into some! Thanks for the comment and support of the page!! 🙂
@@Down-N-TexasFishing It never get old seeing the calm surface explode when a bass hits that surface bait. With Musky & Northern it's the V shape on the surface of the water that reminds you of the movie "Jaws" Sometimes you'll see that V for 10+ feet coming in slowly and in my head I here bum bump ..bum bump bum bump bum bumpfrom the movie until the strike.
