The first time I did this I did it like you and tore off pieces as I went along. Nobody knew that until my brother thinking he was soooooo smart tried to roll it down the hallway like a bowling ball on his first turn. Instead it plopped to his feet. That's one of my favorite memories still today. I am watching for some fresh prize ideas for my Christmas in July party. I like to plan way ahead. We do it the opposite of you guys- my husband is the placer/wrapper and I keep the wrap under control. I would not want to attempt to do it alone. It's more fun with him too. I am going to start buying non perishables soon. A little at a time makes buying the stuff easier.

We do this also, we add candy, face (sheet) mask, hand mask, foot mask, playing cards, travel tissues, lip blam, nuts, beef jerky, money, cleaning wipes for cars, car fresheners, silly potty, hand Lotion, scratcher tickets, balloons, fidget toys and gum. We usually put the toys on the outer side for the kids, they usually get bored and want to play with their prizes and the rest of us adults and teen keep playing. I think it's our last year doing the saran wrap game due to the some people wanting a more environmentally friendly option. Next year we're doing toilet paper with little cards that said lose a turn, pick someone to lose a turn, reverse or play with one hand. Don't know how we'll pull off the toilet paper one but it's more environmentally friendly and we're just going to try to make it more challenging.
