Not only does the backyard include a lazy river, but it includes a detached casita and full indoor basketball court and a guest wing. The design of this home is where the mediterranean meets park city. This home was built by RL Wyman Design Create for the 2024 St. George Parade of Homes.

Grand kids theme park.
I do like the his & hers office spaces, bunk room and twin bedroom.
The stone alfresco area is beautiful.
The dining space seems so small compared to the other spaces. Throws off the balance.
The globes pendant lighting will be outdated within 2 years. The trend is moving away from the Edison bulb vibe unless the interior is industrial.
My home is only 14% of this floor plan.
Beautiful! Love the color choices throughout and the use of wood and stone, and the lighting is amazing. Wish you would show and describe the flooring choices and counter tops more, but overall, great house tour. Love your work!
