Hi sis,good evening to you. Super dish. Easy to prepare with few ingredients only. What you mentioned early was 100% true. These are the olden days cereals which are very healthy. Well done sis. In future this dish will be added to my menu for breakfast at least twice a week. My parents are under my caretaking. They are very old so I will prepare for them as a healthy meal. Tqvm sis.
