How I Bought a MILLION DOLLAR House for $78 per WEEK

As a first home buyer I weight up my options rent vs. buy and figured it's better to buy as long as you can find a way how to reduce your housing cost in retirement. Converting my garage hasn't always been on the cards but it's a great way to earn extra money from home as it will help me to save money. Yes I kind off manipulated the maintenance figure a tiny bit to get to the $78 dollar amount same as Graham Stephans famous video: How I bought a Tesla for $78 per month. Hey! So cool, how did you get around car parking and outdoor living space/privacy requirements in your consent when adding in a second dwelling on the property?

Hi Michael, thanks. My garage conversion is classed as a house extension and I'll have two flatmates/a couple in there.
