Was diagnosed with H.pylori last week. My doctor said, he was going to start me on an 2 week antibiotic. At first, I wasn't going to take it because I felt as if my diagnosis was wrong but as I did research to find out about this H.pylori, it became interesting as to what was wrong with me. I was diagnosed with anemia and my doctor couldn't figure out what was causing it. I had severe fatigue, horrible bloating, anxiety, heart palpitations, horrible mood disorder, my female hormones were all jacked up, I felt like I just wanted to die because I didn't understand what was going on... Now im glad and so relived I had the endoscopy and have started to live again... Glory be to God and my VA doctors...

This is me! I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism,anemia, have constant cold feet and hands,hair loss,anxiety,heart palpitations,sleep problems,bloating,constipation,cant digest food,depression ,pain in my body,major mood swings,menstrual problems, and the list goes on. My doctor did no test me for h pylori,another doctor did and the. Blood test came back negative.so i never got a treatment . What is the best test? Did u treat for 6 weeks ore more?also did u have many nutrient deficiency did u take some multivitamin,enzymes ,probiotics?? Hope you feel better.

Thank you for this information!!!!! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia and recently H Pylori which now I see is the root to all of my other issues. It's starting to seem like when these problems "arise", a person should be tested for H Pylori first!

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism,low ferritin,low vitamin D,b12,magnesium,my cortisol was really high the doctor should have been smart and test for infection!! i had so many crazy symptoms my doctor first tested me for hyperthyroidism because i lost so mutch weight. .they did not mention h pylori! They put me on thyroid medication did not feel better ! My symptoms started with anxiety,shaking,sweating at night,heart palpitations,feel like dying,chest pain,major fatigue, burning stomach,could not eat,bad appetite,memory problems because i was so low in b12 and D i was really confused. I am pissed at the doctors for not testing me when i was extremely sick 4 years ago, one doctor said i had SIBO, another said maby some candida,i tried the candida diet,cut out gluten,dairy,sugar all bad food, did nothing to cure my candida! Found out h pylori lowers stomach acid,therefore bad bugs can take over,i also developed food intolerance. Its been a nightmare. This vide is really helpfull. Wow. I've been miserable for the past few years from anemia, exhaustion, vit d deficiency, hormone problems, and horrible stomach/digestive issues (burping, gas, acid)! I was just diag. with HP after an endoscopy. I mean all this time of suffering and i never knew and no dr ever suggested it. I suspected it after researching symptoms but im mind blown at how my whole body has been negatively affected! This was very helpful!

Yes, they put me on a triple therapy of a PPI, amoxicillin, and metronidazol (alternative to clarithromycin) for 2 weeks. I'm feeling much much better! I will retest soon to make sure its gone.

I was diagnosed today. Couple months ago i had stomach pain so bad that i though my appendix burt. Then diarrhea followed, then and headaches and fatigue. I knew something was really wrong when i was fatigued every single day.
OMG! This is so scary! I’ve had sickness and an upset stomach for a while (nine days), went to the doctor’s and was diagnosed with this infection and prescribed with antibiotics and anti-sickness pills. I’ve also been quite moody for no reason and not been fully able to explain why. Those who’ve suffered from this horrid bug, god bless you. 😓😨

Excellent video. Please everyone note: H Pylori can be gotten from municipal drinking
water - in fact I read a study that cited people who grew up wealthy on
municipal water are 12x+ times more likely to get H Pylori. The
assumption is a water main line break, and H Pylori is not always
eliminated with chlorination. Also, in the US, they estimate that 55%
of all residential wells have H pylori. A normal bacteria test will NOT
catch this. You have to have a one-off H Pylori test done by a specialty
lab, and it does not always culture. there are different strains of
HP, and now some advance testing to determine which strains are
resistant to specific antibiotics. So everyone who is try to heal
themselves and then they get sick again, they could be reinfecting
themselves with their own drinking water. Also, Reverse Osmosis does
NOT eliminate bacteria in water.
Great Explanation
I had this plus pale gums and cavities due to the anemia. I took MASTIC GUM for 3 weeks, which kills h pylori, and to heal the gut I use Manuka honey, licorice root, glutathione, cabbage, high vitamin C and take digestive enzymes with my two meals. Doing intermittent fasting as well to give the gut a break. 6 hours on, 18 hours fasting. Having to get B12/ folate shots to heal the anemia as well. It's been quite an uphill battle through a lot of exhaustion. Please look these up rather than ask me for more details. You will find plenty of info on holistic healing of h pylori, gastritis, and macrocytic anemia if you do some research.

I got diagnosed with the h pylori last week and i am undergoing a treatment for the next two weeks,
I never heard of this before and now I figured how many percentage of human populations are infected with this bacteria.
I was having stomach issues for long time and no dr, figured it out up until a week ago..
Kinda sad living in US and Drs.have no knowledge of how to figure this out earlier.
Drs are trash. Not to be trusted. Then get upset when you google and diagnose yourself. There’s no way, this should be a basic test with any doctors visit.

Don't assume H pylori is causing your symptoms. Have you carefully altered your diet to see if food is causing problems? We find that people's symptoms are usually a combination of food/diet, eating habits, H. pylori (and many other digestive infections such as parasites, SIBO, Candida). I just want to make you aware of this so you know what to do if H pylori is NOT part of the problem.
I was recently diagnosed with this condition and I am now on antibiotics and acid reduction medication. I had suffered from all the symptoms listed in your video; I had convinced myself that I had stomach cancer! I find it difficult to motivated myself. Thank you for thus post.

Wow this explains everything I've been going through for years. Doctors would tell me my symptoms don't make sense and give me medication for each symptom. I've only now started getting gerd. Loads of doctors still don't even believe in leaky gut syndrome. The number one thing to do is find a quality doctor not a pill jockey.
I had a horrible case of Hpylori after finally getting diagnosed but first they said the chest pains were anxiety and were trying to put me on tons of Anxiety/Depression medications.. finally after 8+ ER/Urgent care visits i got in to a specialist to have a Endoscopy done they than said I had the worst case of Hpylori they had seen and my esophagus down to my intestines was completely raw i had lost over 40 lbs and couldnt eat due to pain and trouble swallowing. They than gave me medications/antibiotics to get rid of it but still after 2 years I have horrible symptoms 😔 by far the worst experience in my life.

I am in a similar boat 😔 I am losing my hair, tired all the time, bloated all the time, in pain a lot, weight gain, always itchy, still get sick. Stomach issues, constipation, brain fog, anxiety. Etc. It's been 2 years since I was treated and diagnosed, and I'm still miserable 😔

Thank you so much. I'm having all the symptoms of H. pylori. I'm having stomach pain, back pain, feeling sick, tired, brain fog. It feels better when I eat and it comes back after. I changed my diet now. I'm starting cabbage juice, mastic gum, licorice root extract, celery juice, collagen, bone broth. I'm actually getting a sibo test as I'm waiting in Doctors office room. My score is 5 so far. I hope it doesn't go up anymore. I might just have h. Pylori.
i finished my two week therapy . this is my 3rd week eating healthy and exercising . i take aloe vera gel by mouth in the morning and virgin coconut oil teaspoon . i feel really healthy i think i killed the infection. gonna get tested in two weeks. and pineapple works aswell

Very good video. So important. I had H Pylori. Re-Tested after taking 3 mega antibiotics for weeks and it’s gone. I’m going to Re-test again in a few months. My question is after you have irradiated the H Pylori bug what should you be eating or taking as supplements to help your body recover fully? Thank you so much for this video. I had h. pylori, and for the months before I was diagnosed, I felt like I was having a heart attack in every way. Every time I googled my symptoms, heart disease was the first thing that came up. I was confused; I am a young, active female who eats healthy. I went to the ER twice and had three EKGs done, but my heart appeared as normal. Every time, the doctors dismissed anything heart-related because of my young age. They sent me home saying that it was either acid reflux or that I had pulled a muscle in my chest. Despite what the doctors had said, I was terrified that they were missing something critical and thought I would die. The pain and symptoms were making me miserable (and they still are), but I tried to convince myself that I was just imagining the heart attack symptoms. Finally, I was diagnosed and treated for H. pylori, and the symptoms slowly started to go away. I am still recovering, and occasionally get these symptoms back. I wish I had known this information when I was suffering badly.

Alinia, levofloxacin, doxycycline, and omeprazole. I was on all of them for two weeks, but now I am only taking omeprazole with probiotics daily. Please don't take these unless instructed by a doctor!
I know EXACTLY how you feel, same exact story with me as well. I was diagnosed with a Hiatal hernia, severe GERD and H. Pylori. Horrible combo that makes me feel like I am dying a slow but sure death. I have been taking my meds for about a week now and am waiting for the pains to go away.
That sounds really rough. Just be patient; it's a slow process. I took antibiotics to get the H. Pylori out of my system back in August and am still recovering. I wish you the best of luck healing.

Best explanation I found on this. Nice doctor for explaining it. I am a chronic asthmatic and the H Pylori makes me wheeze whenever I eat anything! I begged every gp in my local area to help me, took them 1 and a half years to work out what it was lol. The gp’s are a little ignorant where I live. Going for an endoscopy next week and am on my second round of the antibiotics. H Pylori also has recently caused iron deficiency in me. Was recently diagnosed as anaemic too. Oh well I think it is a disease that is mostly spread by kissing 😽 plus I have GERD symptoms too because of the H Pylori.

Also avoid foods that cause stomach acid 😌😌💙🧡👍🫂 also taking a daily probiotics recommended by a stomach specialist helps as well 😌💙😇🧡 I hope everyone suffering from that horrible bacteria recovers ASAP. Yes! Thank YOU. I started having severe leg cramps...and other random symptoms. I was scoped and wow, had atrophic gastritis most like from hpylori. I have to eat healthy and take vitamins every day to feel optimal. Important: do NOT take NSAIDS if you've been diagnosed with hpylori. A huge causative factor.
My storm started with leg cramps. I couldn’t figure out why. I took time off from working out my legs. No change. I’m on gabapentin now for it. Has anything changed to help on your end?

that doesn't sound right she should get checked for other things like ulcers or even cancer if it's still like this.

For 3 months now I have had chest pain everyday. Someday I get horrible burning In chest an then burning in my throat. I also get upper stomach pain and burning especially sometimes after I eat. I have had IBS for 3 years now feel horrible

Is it possible this bacteria is involved with every cancer known? I've read from comments here that it can get into the lungs. It causes fatigue and anemia and is linked to stomach cancer. Docs should research that...I think cancer is a bad infection anyway it looks like a bad tooth infection actually.
I've not been diagnosed but I suspect I could have this...have IBS and it came from nowhere, I'm pretty skinny but don't eat right at all, and the acid problems are high. I felt like vomiting due to 'acid reflux' like an hour ago. Comes and goes. I also have strange pelvic problems which may or may not be h pylori(blood and mucus after period ends sort of thing and not sexually active so no sexual infections). My biggest thing I just realised from this vid is my neck is big and my doc actually wants to test my thyroid. I don't have chest pains, only esophagus stuff and burps. My dad on the other hand does and he also has symptoms of this bacteria. Maybe h pylori lives in dirty houses, which is even more of a reason why I wanna have a clean home lmao. When I get tested I'll be back to say the results pfft.

i was just looking at your book the h pylori diet recipe and cookbook and ive read through multiple people is that if you want to kill the h pylori is to not eat any grains, lagumes, red meat like beef and dairy but yet your recipes have oats, beef, yogert and eggs all through out it...how is that going to help people?

mongoosevsgt Beer feeds H. pylori, so it's definitely not recommended. Carbs in general feed it (especially processed carbs) and sugars.
mongoosevsgt Make sure to steer away from calcium too. I have it and it's helped to stay away because it's hard to digest.

no, dude. As far as Im concerned, alcohol reacts violently with metronidazole - an antibiotic used to fight H.pylori. So.. you d better quit that beer tho.

I had this for 1 year. I got a triple therapy. It cured me in about 2 weeks. The horrible effects I had went away in about a month.

It's actually called triple therapy you can look it up, I think it's two antibiotics + 1 Proton pump inhibitor

its really hard I have these same symptoms and dr confirm that i am suffering from h.pylori it started from inflammation in my stomach and changed into strong acid reflux and having symptoms like feeling weekness in my body ,totally unfocused ,throat infection ,constipation ,headache so i am taking hp kit and now things are better ...and dont smoke or drink. alcohol because it makes things worst

Start To learn The cabbage juice will help with the inflammation you still feel. And yes you can take the iron, just try and get the liquid non constipating one at the vitamin shop. Your prob low in multiple b vitamin so do the whole complex to ensure you don’t throw any others off. The inflammation is from the damage it caused. Hope this helps bruh✊🏾
