Bathroom turned out beautifully. I’m going to caution against caulking around the base of your toilet though. Had seen probably on CZcams about when a toilet starts leaking and not being aware of the leak because of the caulk. My husband did this and I warned him but he didn’t listen. I noticed a color change in the grout around the toilet. We had a leak that thankfully we caught early before it damaged the framing.
Kelsey, well done! My in-laws are who owned the house before you. My wife stumbled upon your channel a few of years back. Knowing how it looked when they moved out it’s been fascinating to watch you renovate. I’m amazed at your creativity. It's rally nice, I like this last phase the best. The wall color is pretty, really like the ceiling, great for a small space. I didn't know you could change out toilet handles till your master bath video, game changer. Very pretty room - nicely done!

Very lovely. Impressed as always. I've found out that painting semi-gloss over semi-gloss needs a coat of primer, too. I discovered this when I was refreshing trim. Couldn't figure out why it didn't look any better.

Fantastic job, the bathroom really looks great. I know you painted the air conditioner cover brown to try and make it disappear. However I think you should consider replacing it with a brass one or spray painting it brass. Make it stand out and match the rest of the fixtures.

Love your work but...I can't believe how you paint without putting a drop cloth down.
Lovely bathroom, but makes no sense to put plastic seat on toilet. The wooden, soft close seats are so much nicer.
I agree. That’s something I can upgrade later.
