    In this webinar, Natalie explores:
House mice and Field mice - what's the difference?

In my 27 years as manager of Animal control with a Local Authority (Apodemus sylvaticus) were a common resident in human habitation, and in multiple adjoining properties at the same time. (Mus) was the exception in most parts of the Borough and were restricted to specific aged housing for the most part. A study undertaken by an EH student suggested that over 80% of mouse infestations in human habitation were (Apodemus)ssp, with (Apodemus flavicollis) being at around 4% of the total of (Apodemus) species in premises. These figures are hardly surprising when one considers the (Apodemus sylvaticus) population in the UK fluctuates between 38 - 114 million depending on a number of ecological factors.

Don't activate the trap ,just put bate on the trap ,use gloves when handling the trap so not to give away your sent, then after a few days then activate your trap, rats are clever critters .

A great deterrent is ferret bedding ,i have used this to put at the side of my friends racing pigeon loft and it worked.
