Normal blood pressure is crucial to maintaining optimal cardiovascular and circulatory health. Blood pressure is responsible for delivering blood throughout the body and returning it back to the heart.
Today we’ll be reviewing a portable, medically certified, Bluetooth, upper arm blood pressure monitor from Wellue. There’s a large digital display, memory function, long lasting battery where a single charge will last you 500 measures, and the ViHealth App is super easy to use and can show you both historical measures in detail or summary trend analysis.
There are two values we monitor on the blood pressure monitor: The first one, is your systolic blood pressure. The second one is diastolic blood pressure.
Knowing both is important and could save your life. Wellue’s blood pressure monitor provides the D&S values bright and clear on the digital display.
Understand what the Systolic Blood Pressure Number Means?
When your heart beats, it squeezes and pushes blood through your arteries to the rest of your body. This force creates pressure on those blood vessels, and that's your systolic blood pressure.
Normal readings should read below 120
While the Diastolic Blood Pressure Value
is the pressure in the arteries when the heart rests between beats. This is the time when the heart fills with blood and gets oxygen.
The normal is considered lower than 80
To summarize, if you have normal blood pressure, your blood pressure is less than 120/80.
Is your blood pressure above the normal range, in either or both systolic and diastolic levels? It could be a sign of hypertension and you may need clarify with your doctor.

Wow, quite technical stuff. So one can wear this device for a day to take a periodic blood pressure checks?
Nope, unfortunately not..
How many users can use it with different iPhones?
Good review. How accurate is this blood pressure cuff ?
Comparable to Braun quality
Wes, do you know why some smartwatches has 3 visible sensors and others has 4 visible sensors at the back? Are the 4 sensors superior? Thanks.
Hi Oak Land! Technically speaking yes, they average out the reflections and more chance of measuring pulses accurately. As an example, Polar has 9..👆
So, should I understand that this app cannot record a note for each reading and that the app cannot send a report to a printer to hand to a doctor?
