  • The new homes at Harmony Grove in Corona Ca. are a great option for first-time home-buyers looking for brand new homes! Harmony Grove in Corona offers 3 stunning floor-plans, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms (up to 6 bedrooms if you have the builder convert the loft into another bedroom), and about 2500-2600 square feet of living space.
    REMEMBER, DO NOT VISIT HARMONY GROVE or any other new construction communities without having your real estate agent join you! The builder will deny you agency representation if your agent is not present with you at the time of your first visit. That means you'll have no real estate agent to navigate you through the process or negotiate on your behalf where possible. So call your real estate agent (me)! =)
    Part of my role as your new construction specialist is to compare and contrast ALL of the local new home communities that may be of interest to you, including:
    1) All of the local new home communities, their price points, & features.
    2) Weigh the taxes, monthly HOA fee and amenities of each community & floorplan.
    3) Calculate your monthly payment when compared to a traditional resale home purchase, so that you will have all of the information before deciding if new construction builds or resale homes are the best fit for you and your family!
    Unlike most of the new construction nearby, these detached single family homes actually offer a decent-sized yard. Best of all -- Harmony Grove has low taxes and no Mello roos! Taxes are at 1.3% versus 1.9% or higher for most new construction communities, saving you hundreds of dollars in your monthly payment.

    I am going to move from Santa Barbara and buy here, Corona is going to be known as the new Californian Riviera ! All the new homes being built and the beautiful new malls, people who live here don't know what they have ! Lets hope downtown Corona will get gentrified, then it will be perfect ! I yearn for the warm nights with the smell of jasmine and crickets chirpping in the background!

    Not a fan Griffin Residential - they have built projects in Menifee and many builders have had issues with them

      Hi Brandie! New construction homes do not come with pools, however I know several communities nearby that have lots large enough to where you can build one in the future. I’d love to chat with you if you want to explore them :)

      Hi there! Totally get it! Are you focused on new construction homes or are you open to existing homes as well? All new construction in a corona will have an HOA. Lots of options without HOAs when looking at existing homes in the area.

      Another factor to consider is the low tax rate at Harmony Grove (1.3%) when compared to other new construction communities at 1.9%, which more than offsets the cost of having an HOA fee.       181$ hoa?? Wow the other place I looked in corona was 300$ hoa and tax 1.9%!.Where is this community? What are the home prices?

    I’ve been to new homes in ca and you don’t need a real estate agent with you. I know you are in sales but stop giving wrong information out to people!

      Hi there! You are absolutely right. Of course home buyers can choose not to have agency representation during a new construction transaction, but I don’t see a reason why anyone should forego it. It only benefits home buyers to have agency representation and there is no cost to the buyer to do so.
