The Maddie doll is from a line called "Powerful Princess Tribe" and/or "Powerful Princess Club" which included her, Apple, and Holly. They have a gimmick where their skirts come apart and can be used to style the dolls in different ways.
The Bunny Blanc with molded legs is from Archery Club not the one in two pack with Alistair. It´s weird how happy I get when you show male dolls like yesterday`s video with Elena of Avalor crew. I love to see all characters, couples, companions..... It`s just me. I loved also your Princess of Ireland medieval beauty.
I really like EAH! I only have one though - I recently found first chapter Maddie for $4, and she was complete including her ring! I knew from your videos that she’s a first wave because she has the faded eyebrows and how to (mostly) fix her glue seepage 🤗 I’d love to see a restoration video for all the EAH dolls you’ve gotten recently!
I've been to a masquerade, but it was a new years steampunk masquerade ball. Also a friend of mine had a masquerade theme for her wedding? But we're weird costume people. I'm drooling over the Mattie dolls. Ever After and Monster High happened when I was just growing into a "I'm grown up and don't need toys" phase, so I'm now kind of tempted to grab my fave characters before they get to ridic collector hell like tamagotchi have begun to fall into.
I love seeing these hauls, especially for a doll line in that was quite elusive here in Sweden. We rarely got EAH at all, I remember seeing First Chapter Apple and I think Maddie at a toy store once, they were like 40 USD each, so I didn't pick any up. A couple of years later, at this low price, all of a kind store, I found the four girls of Getting Fairest, and they came home with me (I also found the three Gala Ghouls there, snagged them up) That was the only time I have ever bough any EAH doll NIB. My collection now has grown, mosly from second hand sellers and gifts (I got Hattastic Tea Party Cerise in a swap once). I think I have about 20 dolls, and I am happy with that. :)
i recently got some new monster high singer caty noir and picture day cleo and 13 wishes abby, and ever after high courtly jester, and rapunzel twins they were all very complete (some didnt have stands and none had diaries tho) and in good condition i just had to wash em bc they were dusty. im gettin a new bookshelf and i recently got 6 floating clear shelves and when i get the new bookshelf i need to clean my room and re organize my bratz and playsets and then eventually wash and take inventory etc of of mh and ever after high so that i can hopefully display em again
I personally loved the ever after high dolls because they didn't smile. Their slightly firm pouty lips made them feel different from other lines ^^ I used to have so many of them but I kept donating them to daycares and eventually let them go altogether.
One unfortunate thing with monster high and ever after high is they had really cute shoes but they have like no painted details and it takes away from them :(
I can tell you that masquerades are a thing. I’ve planned multiple. They tend to be for very fancy rich people who can drop half a mil plus on a private party, or I’ve also done them as a theme for (again super fancy) charity balls, which are attended by super fancy rich people, but at least support a charity. I agree that the theme is a little overdone in the doll world as a design concept, but I’m not personally bothered by it. At least it’s a change from holiday or wedding for an excuse to pull out some fun evening gowns. Had I been a child during this era, I would have adored EEH. As an adult collector, I don’t love the shiny screened eyes and the heads are just SO big in proportion to the bodies, but I really appreciate how detailed and creative they are and I appreciate the departure from Disney’s versions of fairy tales.
I made a list of the EAH dolls I absolutely want and a tier list just to keep track because it's a bit overwhelming otherwise. I'm not a completionist by any metric, so I don't care about getting them all, BUT. Spring Unsprung, I def had to complete, and I def wanna complete some of prettier ones, like Sugar Coated, Hat-Tastic Tea Party, Thronecoming, etc.
i just bought one of my dream eah dolls! Chapter 1 briar beauty, it was 15 dollars and pretty good quality. Just missing shoes and stand but i find it easy to buy shoes and stands. Literally so happy, you literally living my dream
Hey Brooke just sharing the info. Here in LA there is an annual Masquerade Ball inspired by Jim Hensons the Labrinth. Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade Ball. I've attended in the past and would definitely recommend looking into it. Truly a Magical experience. 🧜🏻♀️🌊🧚🏻♀️💐
I would say my favorite characters are Cerise, Maddy and Cupid. For Cerise....Legacy Day or her SDCC doll. Maddy would be Hattastic or Legacy Day again...and Cupid? Does all of them count? I remember when I first saw Legacy Day Maddy and I remember thinking the stupid thought of I can die happy now. lol. The details are just Wow. The stacked tea cup heals? I mean come on! I think my two favorite lines are Hattastic and Birthday Ball. I dont have Rosabella from the latter but I am still on the hunt. The pretty pastel hair and the monotone colors. Who would have thought I would love Rainbow High so much? :) I would love to customize the few characters from Hattastic that didnt get dolls as they are awesome. This was a great haul!
I only own two ever after high dolls and never expanded cause stores stopped selling them when I was collection and the store that did sell them shut down sadly

My favorites were the Spring Unsprung Cedar and Briar. They are so beautiful.
