▶ About Javed Ahmed Ghamidi:
Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and sunnah.

I think one important point which also be mentioned here is that we have to accept news as truth (and no sin in it) if nothing against the credibility of truth exist until other news which contradict this news comes to our Knowledge.

In my opinion, strict accuracy in following and transfer of these primary sources is the result of Muslims extra ordinary sacredness on matters of Quran and Sunnah in their every generation starting from the life of Holy Prophet SAW. However, this sacredness not resulted in understanding of these things to that extent.
No doubt, excellent questions raised by Mr. Hasan Ilyas. However, I do not understand five points:
1) How Quran is not a complicated 'khabar'. It has thousands of ayaat in it. There is no other example in this world for transfer of such complex 'khabar' to humans without change of any word for 1400 hundred years. How it is made possible please give more details.
2)Please give details of Sahabas RAA who are acquiring deen directly from Muhammad SAW and who are from different areas, culture, tradition etc.
3)"Inqatah waqay hona shuru ho jaa taa hay". Then why this 'inqatah' cannot be happened in Islamic teachings.
4) People who follow "bidaat" always say that Muslims started following this direction/teaching after wasal of Holy Prophet SAW and that they are following it because its a good deed. I think this is not said by everyone who follow bidaat.
5)I think it is not necessary that a person can easily or necessarily found someone who gives appropriate logic against 'bidaat'. He may found only those who follow biddat who follow it as a true religious teaching or direction. If this is the case that a person will definitely come across people who strongly declaring an action as Bidaat, then inform how big area and how many people and type of people he should refer so that it can be ascertained that certain action is backed by Ijmah and twatur.
کیونکہ قرآن و سنت کے سند کے ساتھ منتقل ہونے کے لیے یہ "اجماع و تواتر " کی اطلاع بولی جاتئ ہے ۔ اس لیے یہاں اس terminology کے اطلاقی پہلوؤں اور اٹھنے والے سوالات پر روشنی ڈالی جا رہی ہے ۔ کہ یہ ذرائع علم یا medium of knowledge کتنا اور کیونکر محکم ترین ہے۔۔۔
