Now this is a big reaction videos. I can't wait for part 3 and HSR characters trailers too.
The intro tune you hear in other pieces that you mention is called "Photon of Fluctuation" , it is its own piece but it also creeps into other songs, especially the battle music. Since the MC is named Aether or Lumine, both based on Light, and Photon is Light particle. I would almost call it the MC's theme, but I'm not sure that quite fits.
Really like your insight on the OSTs in relation to the character! Diona's was such a bop and Xinyan's demo rendtition on the original demo theme is so cool.
I cant wait for you to see characters from other regions! You've heard themes from different regions like their area and boss OSTs, but there's so much variation when it starts going to the characters that reside in them ^^
Also even if we finish the story of one region, they usually still release characters for said region, that's why later on you'll still see new characters for Mondstadt and Liyue, even if you're already seeing Fontaine characters. You can tell both by the character design and their music choice.

A little insight on the system in Genshin!:
There's two types of character rarities: 5stars and 4star characters. 5star characters typically have longer demos and a little story in the demo. They're also the rarity that has Character Teasers (animated 2D stories complete with OST too). 4star characters have shorter demos that showcases their combat more , and no Teasers.
In combat, you have normal attacks, an elemental skill, and an elemental burst/ultimate. 5star characters usually have a short animation (usually a character closeup or something) when they use their ultimate, so you may pick up on it as you go through the demos!
Elements include: Fire (pyro), Ice (cryo), Water (hydro), Wind (anemo), Thunder (electro), Earth (geo), and Nature (dendro)
Weapons: Sword, Claymore (bigsword), Bow, Polearm, Catalyst (floating books/grimoires, usually for spellcasting, or other mechanisms that look floaty, and recently we've gotten some cool melee/pugilist style fighters too)
You have 4 characters in a team that you can mix and match and switch anytime to trigger reactions between the elements or set up your game plan! It's like chemistry in a sense. Like how fire melts ice, or water puts out fire, or you can freeze enemies, or create shields using earth that corresponds to the element they hit.
In case you didn't know. If you ever want to hear the character demo themes, on their own without the whole trailer, HoYo Mix releases them in "The Stellar Moments" albums on CZcams. There are currently 4 volumes. They stack the tracks up and release a new volume about once a year.

FYI, Venti’s voice is done by Erika Harlacher. All I can say about Klee is the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in her case given her mother and they do one similar thing with the child characters, they all run with the T pose. Childe is a pretty cool character imo, he’s just kinda difficult to use. Funny how he’s using Rust in his demo. I think a lot of people were surprised that they gave a rocker from a place inspired by China a southern accent but it fits Xinyan
Yes Venti’s VA (Erika) is in a ton of stuff. She’s the girl with the whip in Persona 5 Ann, The butterfly hashira, the main girl in Violet evergarden, kurapika in hunterxhunter, Joan of arc in fate lmao lots of stuff
Fun fact 10:10 you can see Klee's electro friend, Razor, in the background causing the explosive reaction 🤣 I personally think this is very endearing because them being best friends and Klee has someone looking after her when she's out in the wild without Jean.
Everything you said about Klee is absolutely accurate! A menace to society she is.
Tartar background said he is good at all kind of weapon, although he is a bow user in game, but we usually use his skill and turn it into melee stance to fight😂

Venti was such a broken character at release that the developers started making monsters immune to his whirlwind pull to counter him destroying the "endgame". The community even came up with a name for when he could be used as crowd control: "Ventiable". 😂
