Yes, of course. I know a few people who've gotten DUI's. Of course, we were disappointed and upset, but we forgave them and moved on. The real question is are you LESS willing to forgive because he's a celebrity?
@@hutch1197 well it’s not my place to judge his actions but I was speaking more in a broader sense of how if this were someone who worked a 9-5 I don’t think a giant arena would be as quick to not only forgive but to cheer. We all make mistakes.
I was hit by a drunk driver going 60mph while I sat at a red light last October. I offer forgiveness because that's the kind of human I want to be - but the forgiveness didn't take away the tens of thousands of dollars it cost for a new vehicle. Forgiveness didn't erase 38k worth of medical bills, nor did it help pay for my attorney. The forgiveness didn't help me during my spinal injections, and the forgiveness didn't help save my job after I received a concussion. My forgiveness happens because I am alive to forgive, but not everyone in these situations ends up as lucky as I did. I trust that even celebrities make crucial mistakes that we make despite knowing better, and I hope that Justin goes above and beyond to ensure he doesn't make the same mistake twice.
@@spookydeborah1992I'm not going to judge the guy but I've been hit by a drink driver as well. Myself, my kid and my dog survived but not without allot of pain, bills, stress, etc. Insurance covered the car and the bills but it didn't cover my time of work. He could have had a driver, there's really no excuse. I wish him well and hope he stays out of the news.
This is insane, would this person be forgiven? Should he be a normal everyday person? And he's still crying and trying to portray the victim. 🙄 I truly hope they end up throwing the book at him and he faces real consequences
the very least he could do is make a public apology for his reckless actions, it just shows what kind of person he is if he can’t be big enough to admit his mistakes and show just a little humility.
Drunk drivers SUCK!!! And all this BS about the cop who pulled him over, he was just doing his job! Nobody ask JT to go out all night and party and then to get behind the wheel and endanger everybody else that was on the road as well get over it! Learn from this terrible mistake JT
A little song I'd like to sing after this incident called, I am above the law because I am rich and famous; i make fun of, with my rich friends, about how much more millions I make than people who have careers that actually matter like the cop who arrested me
Ohh shut up all of you. Are you perfect? Apparently he is going through a dark moment. We all have them, some handle them differently than others. Keep going Justin and striving. Blessings to you!
Now imagine your daughter was on the road while he was driving intoxicated. Just apologize, JT, and move on. The fans are clueless and lack perception.
Neither of y’all’s logic is right. It’s not unforgivable And he does need to look at the consequences of his actions instead of seeking praise after needing accountability.
Where's the apology Justin???! To your family and fans???? How arrogant and privileged, ugh, this is why I have never liked him. He haven't been humbled yet. Ludicrous or Usher could have never lived this down.🙄
Honest question, would you be as quick to forgive someone who wasn’t a celebrity if they did the same thing?

That would happen if he didn't apologise to Janet Jackson
I’m a fan and I agree
A public apology.
Is thousands of people not public enough?
in his mind he didnt do anything wrong

Just because hes famous. Why are people cheering for him?
They are attending his concert, Einstein. What do you think they are supposed to do???
@@Wanderersea treat him like they would a civilian who had just been caught drink driving. He's nothing special just because he can sing a dance.
Why shouldn’t they?

He is sooo amazing 💝💝💝
He didn’t do nothing that bad it was just an incident let’s forgive him😢
