  • we will be going over the basic understand on how a 8 pin relay work and what the different numbers on that device are typically for.
This is your basic motor controls class. As an apprentice you usually don’t get experience or get exposed to 8 pins later in your journeyman experience.
Thank you for watching youtube fam

Hi John. I have a Baomain JQX-62F 2z relay. It’s to be used in an electronic brake for a treadmill motor. The design comes from Dazecars on CZcams. It’s powered by 120 vac and the motor is 130 VDC at about 25 amps max.
Dazecars offers a wiring schematic, including the relay, but the pin layout in his diagram is not the same as the Baomain.
I was hoping you could help me map out what wires go where between his diagram and my relay. He’s using the same relay but for some reason he doesn’t use the same pin layout. He won’t help me figure it out.
The series of his is on the electric brake, which is an extension of his variable speed drive for a treadmill motor.
I know you’re probably busy but your help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Paul

Hey this is good info but im an aircraft mechanic with an 8 pin relay ( very small and hard to work with ) i cant read the numbers on it andni was wondering if all 8 pin connectors are like this? I know where the hot and cold are to make the coil work but im desperate cause if the others are mixed up ill blow the diode. Lol. Ask me how i know. Lol
Anyway it has to be soldered on and there is no plug available and its not easy to just kinda mess around and try each one. Id love to know if you have any info on this relay. Its a Beechcraft 50-380048-1 It sold by textron
    Thank you for your help.
