For Marination ⬇️
🔸️Take 350g boneless chicken and cut into squares.
🔸️Marinate the chicken with garlic powder, Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 lemon juice, and salt to taste.
🔸️Mix all the ingredients well with the chicken and let it rest for 10 minutes
Let's start cooking ⬇️
🔸️Now, in a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp Butter.
🔸️ Once the Butter melts down, add finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp of thyme for flavour, 1 tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 1 tbsp of finely chopped Parsley - sauté all the ingredients for a few seconds
🔸️Now, it's time to add the marinated chicken pieces.
🔸️Fry the chicken while combining with the spices, then add a little water and let the chicken cook for 5 minutes
🔸️After 5 minutes, when the chicken starts tendering, add 1 tbsp of Honey , 1 tsp of Chili Flakes, and 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar.
🔸️Give everything a well toss, and that's it! Take out the chicken on a platter!

Preparing the Sauce ⬇️
🔸️In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of water and 1 tbsp of Honey.
🔸️ Once the gravy starts bubbling from the sides, turn off the flame
🔸️Pour the sauce all over the chicken and coat well
🔸️Enjoy Honey Garlic Chicken with rice or as a perfect appetizer!
