You can check that leak with compressed air too and u will get Similar results likely rev up a bit higher instead of lower but will work so u don’t have to waste ur fluids great video bro

Thank you for this. I have a 2008 Sportsman 500 HO with carb and it has been showing a lot of these same issues, Starts fine, has poor idle and will run ok for a while and then just dies. Mine will not immediately fire back up but if I wait a bit it will start but then dies again. Now I know how to dig into it.

Replaced the choke solenoid on mine fixed the problem.

My 08 400 HO is acting up I don't know if it the throttle cable or the carb. I'm thinking throttle because it's almost like its not where it's sapost to be

They’re a little tricky to disconnect at the carburetor, but not too bad just gotta be patient with it

Hello I have a Magnum 325 I'm having the same problem but when I put my hand over the carb boot area a bunch of gas poured out I put on a brand new after-market carb so what can be wrong?
