To get rid of varicose veins n spider veins, simply lie down against a wall n with your bum touching the wall n stretch out your legs against the wall towards the ceiling...If needed use a small vision under your neck...Relax n stay in this position for 20mins...You can start with 5 mins every day as you may feel some ticklish sensations going down your legs as the blood is pumped back up to your heart...This will only last first few times, your legs will start adjust...You will notice the difference within a couple of days.. This posture also helps ease tension, stress n anxiety...

I had seen this type of treatment in your older video, long back and I started using bcoz I was on injections for a long time, few yrs back. It caused blood clots inside my calf of legs. I used to massage but when I had seen your video long time back( I wasn't ur subscriber then), I tried it out. I used it everyday and within one month, my varicose veins were gone!!!!!!

Thanks for the Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you thought about - Trentvorty Silken Legs Theorem (probably on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for getting rid of varicose veins minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my old buddy Taylor got excellent results with it.

Hi beautiful lady!
One piece of advice I can give you ladies is do not cross your legs for long period of time. This causes the circulation to cut off and accelerate spider veins. I used to love crossing my legs, now I cross my ankles, because I saw one showing up in my 20s...I'm 42 now with only that little faint one that showed up as a warning. Hope this helps! 💜

I started trying last week I'm hoping it will heal my varicose veins from my legs and hands because i have a severe various veins im Planning to take a surgery but when I saw your channel I went to the pharmacy to bought those ingredients.. In God's grace it will reduce my varicose veins its a big problem for me I cannot wear shorts and I'm not confident for what I'm doing because of it.. Thanks for your videos and more power..

I recently read that rubbing on the soles of the feet and then putting on socks right before bed will alleviate cough and chest congestion. I haven't tried that yet. Thank you for replying! I have rosecea and develop facial spider veins. I go to my dermatologist and have my face treated with IPL, intensive pulsating light therapy. Insurance does not cover so it is put of pocket unfortunately
