Awesome video. Just one small correction. The inflation target is +/- 2% from 4% i.e. it can vary between 2 to 6 and ideally it should be around 4.

Hi Akshat, do you really think the previous market rally was only because of increased liquidity? Don't you think the earnings of the listed companies have been very good during this period and played a major role? For example, bse small cap 250 index has a pe ratio of 19 today. When the stock market hit its lowest during March -april 2020, pe ratio was more than 20. So don't you think there isn't much room left for a big crash now?
but market fall doesn't really need a calculated reason (even if its wrong). its the extrapolation of smallest thing in front of u makes market go crazy on either side. if covid spread even to 50k people, people will relate it to previous waves nd make it much bigger in their head than the reality. thats where is the market inefficient nd gives us huge buying possibilty. i have done good buying in last two covid waves. u can check my whole portfolio in my videos
@@MyMoneyUniverse agreed, but we have seens many other variants come and go after the first wave but market kept scaling new highs. Once the uncertainty is gone market comes back to normal. It's only the earnings that keeps the market moving. Everything else is just noice. But if the earnings doest match expectations, no matter what it will fall.
